    Hi Again,

I was wondering, seeing I did'nt lose weight via the scales, could I still have lost via the tapemeasure?

    In a word.....YES.

If you've been a good can only be water retention.

Unless you hold it somewhere obvious like on your ankles or something it will be distributed about your body and so won't really disturb your inches.

    Go measure!!!! :D

Absolutely, if you're retaining water it won't show on the scales, if you have had a shake or a lot of water before you weigh it won't show on the scales, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're not losing weight - the tape measure is often more accurate. If you're losing inches, you're getting smaller and that's much more important than the numbers on your scale. :)
