Can you recommend good calorie counting book?

Wonderd if anyone can recommend a good book which lists the calories for most foods so that i can plan my meals ahead ?

Agreed!

As well as individual foods you can enter recipes and meals you often have and it will calculate those for you and save them for future use.

The recipe calculation comes in handy for adapting recipes to lower the calories.

I brought a rosemary colery book - not worth getting as it is only advertising her diet plan and not lot of info about other stuff. Have you tried looking on amazon, I don't have an app phone is I can't use MFP out and about so really good do with a decent reference book tp put in my bag.
