Cant get my head around red days! help

    Because of my medication causing probs my consultant suggested maybe trying some red days, had a look in my book and not sure that I really understand it all.
    Could someone do me an idiots guide please?

    slimming world
    lean cuts of meat,most fishetc are free. Most veg except parsnips,peas sweetcorn,potatoes are free.has its own hexa & b list so check them. Rice pasta etc are synned.So if you wanted curry and rice ,make your curry but syn the rice or have a apotato as your hexb. You can have 1or 2 hexa and 1/or 2 hexb s.Hope thats a bit clearer.

    i didnt think potatoes were free thought you had to weigh these if u wanted them on a red day ?

    I think that's what Louise meant (potato as a healthy extra B).

    I'm doing Red at the moment. What's confusing you??

    maybe its me being lazy but extra easy is so much simpler, how many hex a and b do i get?

    ON EE you get 1 Hex A and 1 Hex B.
