Can't get re-motivated

I tried getting back onto Exante last week, managed 3 days and then completely caved in. I'm eating healthily during the day and then stuffing my face in the evenings.

Any suggestions on how to get back on the wagon?
 
Ah can sympathise with you here. What about writing down all the reasons you want to lose weight?

Also take it one day at a time so it's less daunting. You could set yourself some mini targets and rewards which aren't food related like a new hair style or trip to the spa at certain points along the way.

Re problems in the evening I either try to save my bar to snack on, fill up on fizzy allowed drinks like dr pepper zero or have a bath and an early night.
