Hi, I've just started on WW PP today & as Im quite heavy Im on quite alot of points(40) I just wondered if anyone else finds that 40 a day is more than enough & if I don't use the 49 weekly PP will this effect my long term weight lose? I mean if Im not hungry just now as I have 40 what wld happen when my daily points dropped & I started using my 49 weekly?
