Can't stomach the shakes

I can't have got bored of them already surely? Only ones I really like now are the choc mint or choc tetra. The banana one is rank. I've got loads of cappuccino ones though because I was really enjoying them last week. I think it's just the consistency of them but I'm having to knock them back and have loads of water afterwards.

have you tried making them into mix a moouse?? that can be nice for a change - i too think the banana tetras are rank, they have a horrible after taste, but love cappuchino and mint choc!! good luck!

I had a week or so like that. Just have the ones you like or try crisps, muffins etc then go back to the rest later. It didn't last long for me - maybe a week or so.

also i blened my shakes in my smoothie maker with loads of ice cubes, comes out lovely and smooth and frothy like a "real" milkshake!! worth a try

Great suggestions above.

I go through phases the whole time too. Butterscotch used to be my fave now I cant stand it but I pulled my soups out off the back of cupboard because after few weeks now I like them again!

Have you tried making the porridge with vanilla?

Just take what you feel like and experiment with freezing and moussing so ya wont get bored.

Your taste'll prob change again :)

do you know what my cdc said to me? it shouldnt be about the flavour of them, we're on this to lose weigh regardless of the taste, sounds meean i know but shes right, and now i barely taste them, just having them to keep going really. i know how you feel though, its not nice to not like things, i live off the bars and choc and banana tetras and im v happy xx

All the ideas given are great and you'll prob find that your preferences come & go as time progresses. My favourite changes almost weekly (but usually errs on the side of chocolate lol ;)).

If its the consistency, rather than taste have you tried playing about with the amount of water you use, bit more, bit less?

As for the ones you dont like, your CDC should be able to swap them for you :)

i live on the tetra's. just stick to what you like for a while then go back and try them all again. that works for me :) dont think about it when your drinking them just think of it as medicine :)

No matter how I make the shakes there are always tiny tiny grains at the bottom - if I lift the glass up I can see them. when I get to the bottom of it, it makes me heave so I always leave the last bit.

I like the bits hahaha! They're like food! In't it funny how tastes are so different? I can't stand the choc tetra, it's too sickly. But I love the banana! I always add loads more water to my shakes and they taste OK, except butterscotch yuuuuuuchhh.

Its soups that make me gag. The only shakes I like are the choc and choc mint. Still like choc tetras and i have a bar a day but I only like choc, caramel and toffee.
