I'm still confused....but thought i'd start a new post because i have a specific question

How do we get into ketosis when there is such a high carb count in the food packs???? Like 18.4g ??? 3 servings of that a day would be far too many carbs for Atkins so why for Exante?

I'm a little of the wagon now :( which is really depressing because if the illness i had the last few days was just "atkins flu" then it means i have to go through it all again doesn't it? :confused:

I think it depends on the type of carbs you are eating. There are fibrous carbs that are better for you than the normal starchy ones.

i have found it nightmare though because of being ill i just couldn't face the packs, so until i get better i've been eating carb free stuff to stay in ketosis but keep my strength up but then i realised that i neednt have avoided carbs so much?! I do need to look at the maths ...
