ProPoints Carlys diary! Newbie :)

Todays meals:
Im tryin to cut out havin bread or breakfast but im soo hungry after day 1

Breakfast 1cereal bar 2pp
Banana
Plun

Lunch: sainsburys be good to yourself chicken salad sandwich 7pp
S&V French fries 2pp
Plum
Pineapple

Tea:
Ww spagetti bolognaise 8pp
Ww garlic ciabatta bread 6pp

Snack:curly wurly 3pp

Does anyone no if its better to eat the curly wurly to use extra points or to just not hav anything at all?? Really really need to lose more than 1.5pound this wk because being soo good an not goin over my points,not having alcohol,drinking lots of water is really getting me down because the weights not falling off :( :(
Its only my 2nd week an i want to give up now! I thought in the first week ur body is ment to lose lots of water an u lose the most :( help plzz xxx

everyone is different and it is very rare that i don't use my 29 points, i needed something sweet after my meal tonight so had a curly wurly which meant using one of my weekly points but it was worth it as the 2 biggest things i miss when dieting are crisps and chocolate :(

i'd be really hungry if i didn't use my 29!

In a friday night only 27 points used is bloody good i think!!
Iv used no weeklys this week either but im going out for the day tomorrow so im going to treat myself to a lowfat subway. Iv had no alcohol for 2weeks either :)
The melon was soo filling i was stuffed before i went to work today!
I better lose more than 1.5 on tuesday or il b very :( think iv done really well!
Also went the gym today for 45mins.

Id be grateful if anyone can see any mistakes im making or somewhere i might b going wrong as my tummy seems bigger!

Saturday: melon for breakfast

Went out to conwy castle today so had a good couple of miles walking so for lunch i had
6" subway ham and turkey on wheat 7pp
Tiny bit of light mayo 1pp
S&v French fries 2pp

Got home and after all the walking i was starving!! So made a homemade pizza
Pitta 4pp
1tbs tomato puree 0pp
2 ww cheese slices 2pp
1 piece sainsburys lean ham 0pp!!
Half tomato 0pp

For tea im having what i call my saturday treat:
Ww chicken tikka masala 9pp
Ww naan bread 4pp
2 small onion bhaji from morrisons 2pp

31/29 :( wil hav to use 2 weeklys but considering im getting weighed tuesday iv only used 2!
May treat myself to ww choc eclair later for only 2pp :) and again no alcohol!! 2weeks now :) :)

Soo im on 20points for the day and im trying to use them all this week because last week i only used around 25/26 a day and only had a loss of 1.5 in my first week! :( :(
So think i wil have a ww choc eclair for 2pp an a small packet of popcorn 3pp and maybe even a curlywurly after ill see how i feel! Xx

Hey Carly,
Havn't been on for a while but really enjoyed reading your diary. Totally, my kind of food and live on those pitta pizzas aswel. i find especially if im very snacky in the evening thats what i try to go for rather than chocolate cos once i start i can't stop!:)
But def think i have to buy bagels again. i always treat them as high points but they are filling....
I find im sometimes like u too and cant finish points but the evenings are worse for me and end up snacking so really need to try and use them all!
Good luck tomoro. I know it can be really hard when u have an 'ok' week. As much as 1.5 lb loss last week was great, when u have a figure ur hoping for yourself, i know it can be a little annoying! But ur diary is great and def better this week so hopefully u'll do great.

well done carly!

i love kfc but haven't had one since i've been on ww. it's a good job the nearest one is about 5 miles away and not on the doorstep lol

i think my struggle this weekend will be easter eggs though or lack of them :(
 
ohh easter eggs dont bother me, i can have a crunchie and my chocolate craving will be gone. Fast food on the otherhand..... at the bottom of my street i have a kfc, mcdonalds and a chinese chippy. Within 3 minutes walking distance i have dominos,pizzahut,sayers,greggs,3 kebab shops, 2 indian restaurants and a wetherspoons!! good job iv got a little bit of will power!

my WI is 6.30pm, i usually try to use around 40 weeklies but i have used every one this week and used 29 dailies every day (apart from today of course!) so i am not feeling too confident about tonight :(

Just got in from a night out but everyone will be pleased i had 3 glasses of diet coke and 2 tiny glasses of wine (125ml)

carly, on esource it says 3 pp for 125ml rose (2 glasses = 6pp) and 4pp for 175ml (2 glasses = 9pp)

Havent made an entry for 4days ...:( havent tracked either. Ive been rubbish,getting weighed tonight and im praying for STS but think i will gain as its TOTM aswell.
