Iv been very good today even tho iv been for a meal and the pub!

Has such a low lunch as i knew i was going out for tea.
Went the hungry horse for tea had a meal from the under 600cal section
Chicken and bacon salad without dressing!
The chicken was 1 breast approx 5pp
1 mayb 2 slices of bacon 4pp
Salad,no croutons no dressing just 1 sachet of light mayo. Im pointing that at 15 due to the 40cals = 1point Apprx rule. Its prob less but just wanted to cover myself.
Went the pub had 1 small rose spritzer with soda water 175ml 5pp

200g(when frozen) ww chips 6pp
2xasda frozen burgers (really thin!) 5pp

Bbq sauce 2pp

This was a nice tea but it was the chips that made it! 200g was enough too!
The burgers r so thin they actually fell apart on the health grill,but never the less burgers n chips minus the buns for tea for 11points is good i think!!

Been soo good this week with exercise,iv spent 4 nights after work in the gym. My wi tomorrow hope iv lost, got a feeling i may sts cos i had a good loss last week.

Felt like chocolate today, think i have an addiction to crunchies :s
