Hey!
So, I've decided to start a diary, very unlike me, I would much rather comment on what other people have written rather than blabber on about myself but it seems to help people so off I go....
I am in Week 3 of Cambridge, I have mostly been doing SS but I have eaten chicken twice this week (eeek) because I am such a rebel!
I weighed in at 13 stone 3 at my first meeting - my heaviest ever! I have done all of the diets, SW, WW, Rosemary but have a couple of friends who have had great results with CWP and maintaining so I thought I'd give it a go. If I'm honest I didn't think I would stick at it for a week, let alone get this far and have such strong will power, and actually not WANT to give in.
I want to lose 3 stone at least, that is my first target but I will see how I feel WHEN I get there (PMA) :rolleyes:
I have had a couple of big tests where I have been around all of my favourite foods and stayed strong, but today is probably my biggest challenge.
I'm going camping this afternoon with my family which always involves a LOT of eating and quite a lot of drinking. I am going to need some serious will power to get through this, or maybe not, I might surprise myself......
Fingers crossed.....
My obsession with this site obviously helps so I will be spending a lot of time over the weekend checking in and reminding myself why I'm doing this :D

Thanks mama22, the sun has started shining since I did my Sun Dance this morning so hopefully it will stay. I'm only doing one night so I'm sure I can be strong for that amount of time..... right?.....

Jessica have a great time camping, I'm sure you'll be just fine. I'm a bit obsessed with the forum at the moment too I think its keeping me focused, one day at a time ;)

Update!! I sneaked one of the kids chips in my mouth then spat it out immediately. I then had a slice of ham.
However, they have all just had spag bol and I had my soup so quite proud of myself considering :0)

Lol love it! You spat the chip out! Good for you :) Amazing willpower just shows how bad you want it and next time you go camping you can have the spagbol and will be slim. Good luck for brekkie x

I resisted breakfast! Eggs, Bacon, sausage, bread and butter. I slipped off to the shower while they were all eating.
Yay me!

I think a small glass of red every now and again is good for you.
What you should have said was "I only had one small glass of red. Yay me!"

Aaaagh, I was doing so well but now I've stumbled.
Just went down to the restaurant on site, absolutely starving, which was a mistake to start with, the only thing on the menu which I could even contemplate was chicken in a basket, which came with chips!!
I ate some of the chips but not even quarter of the portion so I'm not going to be too hard on myself.
In the past when I've done diets and gone wrong I'll just do the 'oh well I've blown it now I'll have a Mars bar'. But not this time.
I think little challenges like this are quite helpful as it gives me more confidence in myself that I can go off plan and it not be the end of it.
Heading home at tea time anyway, home is safe!!
