Well I've been on and off plan since 2010 but am now on it properly on a countdown to my wedding in May. My partner wants to lose a couple of stone too so I'm starting him on the plan also. This is a struggle for me as he only eats beef, no other meat and no fish! Although he will eat sausages including the Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion ones, so there is hope.
My starting weight is 14st 6.5, his is 14st.
Day 1
Breakfast (me only)
Pilchards on two slices of wholemeal
Lunch
Egg salad, light salad cream 2 syns (me)
2 x Linda McCartney sausages, 2 eggs, baked beans, ketchup 2 syns (him)
Dinner
Steak, mushrooms and red onions cooked in balsamic vinegar, salad bits
Extra hexb for us both as SP day, him 4 x ryvita, 4 light cheese triangles, me 2 x ryvita, 2 cheese triangles with red onion
Extra syns
Him 2 x Fosters 13 syns (got to break him in gently I guess)
Me 3 x quality street
All in all a good day for me and a very good first day for him
