Hi all. Hope you all had a good weekend. I was a good girl this weekend - no alcohol and no fast food!!!! (Well thats good for me) hope i have a good weigh in tomorrow night because i am away with the girls for the night next saturday night and that could be dangerous! Am really looking forward to it too, shopping, eating and a massage. Altho after paying for the weekend it will be window shopping but thats ok too. Hope you all having good weeks. Ill let you know how I get on tomorrow night.

Thanks all. Another pound down this week. I had been away on saturday night and had big meal, drink etc so am very happy.

Hi all. 3 pounds down this week. YIPPEE!. One more pound to two and a half stone. Have a girls party this weekend though so will have to be good around that!!

This was my 16th week. Must say havent found it too hard and minimins is great. This weather isnt helping my walking though!

Had really bad eating weekend. Have only one pound to go to my two and a half stone but have been so bad dont think i can pull it off this week. Going to have really good day today and tomorrow to try and pull something back before weigh in tomorrow night. Why do we do it and then panic????

Lost one tonight so that is the two and a half stone gone. Whoop whoop. Thought I would have had an up week, had too good a time at weekend. So im happy girl now!
