    Hi All,
    Only 2lb down again this week, seem to now only be losing a small amount each week, certainly not achieving a stone a month, more like 1/2 stone. I am totally TS and have been from start, any ideas?
    I have however reached another mini goal this week so thats a bonus..

    Can't change the tickers for some reason, will try again later.

    well done, most likely its because you are nearer your target, or your body isnt so obese or overweight anymore, like last time when i did a VLCD, i was a size 18 and loosing great ammounts each week, once i got into a size 12 my losses went small...because my body was nearer a healthy bmi and near my target =) so sometimes its best to maintain and come off a plan and then re-start, thats just something ive seen work for many people ! not sure how it would suit you, either way best of luck! as long as your loosing the weight! keep at it :) x
