cauliflower cheese

A thread below reminded me.

Instant cheese sauce, I think bisto but I'm not 100% sure... 1pp per 50ml, pour as much as you fancy over a mountain of cauliflower (I use frozen as my OH doesn't like it so its only for me! Low points, amazing comfort food. Add a piece of bread for mopping if you like too!

Cauliflower cheese was my favourite when I was younger!!

Anyone got a low pp recipe for homemade cheese sauce? Or is a low pps cheese sauce too much to ask lol ?

I use 2 tsp low fat spread, a tbsp plain flour, skimmed milk or made up marvel and as little cheese as possible to make it tasty!!

Melt the spread in a pan and add flour. Make a paste and cook for 2 mins. Add milk slowly and heat till thick. Add cheese.
