Currently roasting a chicken that I got reduced. When its done will put it into individual portions and freeze them. Hence the Chicken Tikka tonight. Will freeze the 2nd portion :)

Okay saturday wemt well until my mate came round... where I demolished a bottle of Mead, 2 G&T have a double pepperoni pizza, and half a bag of bitsa wispas..... None of this I bought *face palm* .

So today is another day and I will be going on with the week sticking just to my dailies.

I did do 4 hours of gardening yesterday aswell.

Had fun though :)
 
Sounds like you are straight back on track which is great,good idea aswell bout the chicken and freezing parts of it,hope you have a good week :0)

And then it all went to the bown stuff. One of the manager brough it goodies.... I caved and had a cadburys mini roll.

Then one ofmy mates who I hardly see bought me a pressie.... Cadburys bitsa wispa.... starting ohh with good intentions and ended having the entire bag :( So I had already anihalated my weeklies atthe weekend :(

Not feeling good or positive about WI on Saturday. Especially as due to go to the pub tomorrow. Eventhough I wont have more han 2-3 drink i dont have the PP spare.... Meh meh meh

Okay I didnt go to the pub in the end. My Fribromyalgia is playing up and I had to go the GP yesterday and have my meds increased.
I was really good during the day food wise. Sticked to the above apart from dinner. And treated myself to a vegetable chow mein from the take away.

Woke up earlier today and the meds have givenme alsight hang over feeling. So treating that with cofee :)

But it has givenme the time to do my meal planner for next week.

Tonight im having roasted Sea bass, tomorrow I will have a roast beef dinner.

Meals for the rest of the week consist of:

Mince stuffed BNS baked.
Chicken stiry fry
Steak and BNS chips
Sweet and sour turkey stiry fry for 2 nights with or without brown rice.

So dont need to do much food shopping which is a bonus. Will do that after WI this morning. Wish me luck, not feeling positive about it today but we shall see what the result of a not so good week was.

At least I am not of out this weekend so little risk of me blowing all me weeklies on alcohol :)
 
Good luck with your wi,that's good you haven't got to do much food shopping and that your meals are already planned.Shame you had to up your meds,hope you're ok.
 
Thanks daisy :) Im okay.. just come the evenings Im pooped.

STS this week... i deserved to stay the same.

And being dragged to a wedding reception tonight with alot of old college mates. Am bricking it. Least im driving so wontover do it on booze and will make sure i have eaten beforei go out.

Have a good time tonight,am off to a 21st later so am having low pointed lunch and dinner as know I will have some buffet food later! Shame you are worn out come the evenings.Least you Sts and didn't gain so that's good.
