Hey wondered where you went,just thought you were busy.Catch up for sure later.Am good thanks,have decided to change my wi day from Monday to Friday.Think it will work better for me.
 
Well I have had too much fun with BBQ's, jubilee parties and annual leave from work.... all of this does not make for a healthy Cazzabelle.
Date never happened and circumstances around that really stressed me out sio comfort ate and fell of the non smoking wagon.

But joined a beginners running group that meets on a Wednesday and have done 2 weeks of that. Week 2 hurt more than week 1. but determind to be able to do 5k at the end of the 10 weeks.

Aint attened group and weighed in weeks so have no idea where I am. But rejoining group on a Tuesday were I previously had a group at 9:30 saturday morning.

So tomorrow is another day grrrrrr.

ARGH I need a major kick up the ass. Have lost all focus. Gained another pound last night at WI. But then again it is TOTM.

Have running club tonight and not looking forward to it for the first time since i started 4 weeks ago.

Not sure what is happening just cannot focus....GRRR *caz smash*
 
Waa Hun! Maybe have a chat with your leader about it,if your head isn't in it it's hard to focus.Is there something to motivate you? Like a upcoming update?

I've been like this for weeks!!! I've banned ten foods now that are my 'trigger foods' lol. Only for 7 weeks until my holiday. It's so hard on times isn't it!
 
Okay Running Club was frigging awesome!!! Did 2 laps of the massive back wich is 1.6 miles per lap in 39 minutes *doeshappy dance* considering 4 weeks ago I have been doing no exercise.

Its my 30th in november and me and my mother are going to sharm el sheikh for 11 nights... So that is 20 weeks away to give me something to focus on. Will put my diary up for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday up tomorrow night.
