cd maintenance and nandos

Hi I'm going into managament in about 3 weeks. And i have to go to my little sisters party within the first couple of days... we're going to nandos and movie...
can anyone suggest any good meal ideas that will do the least damage. I was think the quarter chicken and salad. I heard that the chicken is all grilled so wouldn't be too bad..has anyone been or got any suggestions?

I used to go to Nandos before starting SS CD (was trying to do Weight Watchers at the time) and usually had either the chicken salad (small but nice) or the chicken breast and salad in a small pitta bread.
Never trusted myself sharing a chicken/chips/corn on cob platter with the rest of the family :rolleyes:
Its easier to be good somewhere like this than to have to go to a chinese and really struggle to order something healthy and then feel like you have blown it bigtime.
oh, and at the cinema beware of others eating buttered popcorn - I swear my skin was absorbing calories when I sat next to my son a couple of weeks ago in the cinema and he was eating a bucket.
I was really sad (or perhaps I mean good:rolleyes: ) and took my water and CD peanut bar with me.
I felt really good later though, when I realised I had been in complete control and although it was a weekend, I hadn't sabotaged my weightloss efforts. :D

wow u were really good at the cinemas..
luckily with ketosis i don't crave things...but once in maintenance i'm a bit worried.. hopefully i'll be strong enough to no have the bad stuff
