All the best with the weigh-in Luke! Brilliant news re the chicken curry - was that one of your faves prior to CD? The more times you can abstain while others eat food you like (or think you like in the pre-CD days ;)), the easier each subsequent time will be, in my opinion/experience.

you know chicken curry is not the answer now , very postive move for not going down a dark road , soon you can return to normal food , but till then let CD be your friend :) BTW how much do you want to lose before you go shopping hehe

thanks for all your responses lol, i just got back ive lost 4 pound.. so i lost a stone in two weeks ;-) Hope the weight loss carrys on,.... And i want to go shopping when ive lost another 2 half stone lol Finding this diet really easy to follow and havent really felt hungry or ill as of yet hehe (touch wood)

Wow - a stone in 2 weeks. No other diet can give you that result, I bet you're well pleased!

Brilliant loss again, a stone gone now!

Pick something up that weighs 14lbs and you'll be amazed that its quite heavy. I like to do that, another way of keeping you on track.
