Just gotta say I am sooo chuffed. Just been weighed and i've lost 4 pounds after a sticky week last week. I have lost 21 pounds in 5 weeks and over half way to target. It took me a year to lose 18 pounds at WW last year, you just can't compare the two can you? I can see a light at the end of the tunnel at last its like i've found the answer after all those wasted years counting blinkin points/sins blah blah blah NEVER AGAIN!!! Thats it really...its just no-one else would understand!!!!

Have a good week guys!!! :girlpower:

Well done on a fantastic loss :)

Although in WW defence I have to say I cant see past it, having lost 7.5 stones so far this year.

I think the most important thing is tho, we all find the diet that suits us best.

Good luck with the rest of your journey :)

    Hi Lilly,

Well done on your fantastic weight loss.:happy096:

As Starlight has said the secret is in finding the right diet.

My husband lost weight doing WW and has maintained now for over a year, but I found like you it was so very slow to shift, even my class leader agreed and I did it to the letter.

i found weightwatchers changed their systems too often and it took hours to do shopping with my points calculator!

CD is agreeing with me at the moment, had some bad times and some good times....we'll see eh!

Never found anything as good, as stringent, as successful, as easy to follow, as Cambridge.

For me Cambridge comes out NUMBER ONE on all counts!

Have lost 4 stones in just over 10 weeks, so I am well-pleased!

Lets hear it for CD! I think it's actually easier not having to plan what to eat (and I'd be considered a foodie gourmet)

    Well done Lilly

I did 8 weeks of SS then went onto 790, so am still planning food!!

I have no problem with either SS or the 790 Plan. Both are easy to do, easy to follow, cause no hunger and have fabulous weight-loss results - so I am happy!!

    Hey Lilly,

Congratulations on your loss so far - you are doing great! Gotta agree that CD rules ... there's no way I would have lost 9lbs in less than a week on any other diet. Having said that CD is so hard at times when all you want is food!!!
