Here's what goes in mah belleh! I mostly do Extra Easy

Muller light strawberry yoghurt

Lunch:
Super low fat chicken supernoodles
Salad & an apple
Dinner:
Spicy baked trout fillet, baked with red peppers and tomatoes
New potatoes
Rocket salad (with balsamic vinegar)
1 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)
Drinks:
Tea & coffee with 250ml semi skimmed milk (HeA)
Diet lemonade
Water
Cranberry tea
Snacks:
Two chocolate digestive biscuits 8 syns (oops)
Four Ryvita original (HeB) with 25g Philadelphia extra light (1.5 syns)
