My son has his one year health check this Wednesday morning at the same time as my meeting normally is. I can't change the health check but can't decide whether or not to miss a week weighing in and take my chances being good or to go to the evening meeting and risk showing a gain or sts because its a different time of day from usual.

    any advice?? :)

go to the evening meeting, especially if you enjoy the motivation of a meeting, ignore whatever the scales say (unless they are good to you hehe) because you wouldn't know if it was a missed week as it'll even out again at the weigh in the following week.

if i were you i'd weigh myself in the morning and take that as your WI. if youre anything like me i cant resist a peak on my own scales before i go to WI to give me an idea what i should expect from group. i know the difference in the two sets of scales and could kinda work out what i'd be by doing that, are you in a similar situation? i know i personally wouldnt be able to shake that horrible feeling of a gain even though rationally, i know its a load of tosh :)
