    Tonight I Have decided, with DH that I am going to stop cd and restart ww. Over the past 3 or so months Alex has put on weight as I haven't been cooking healthy family meals, just meal that are convienient for one as the kids eat at school & nursery.

    I feel that I need to support him by doing a weight loss programme he can follow too.

    I will still lurk on here from time to time and I will be keeping my blog up to date too if anyone wants to keep a check on me!!:rolleyes:

    Good Luck Whoops, if you can, try and do the stages before you start WW, this will stop any immediate weight gain that people get, just to get your body used to food again x
