Well done on your weight loss so far, you have some lovely sounding meals do you get the recipes off here? Im new to slimming world so any inspiration is good :) x

Hi there! Thanks hun :) some of my recipes are from here, some are from a great website www.slimmingeats.com (highly recommend the mushroom risotto, my favourite meal so far!) and some I've just adapted from stuff I made pre-slimming world. X

Yum I had chicken n mush risotto yest found a recipe on here It was lush. Do U find drinking lots of fluids help as I've not drank much lately x

Yeah definitely, I try and drink as much as I can but I rarely drink water. I have green tea, diet coke, tea, coffee, squash etc. I've read before that it doesn't matter what you drink as long as you try and have 6 (I think) glasses a day. Sometimes if I feel hungry, a drink I all j need to tide me over! X

Its def helping alot of ppl change which days they are on I wonder if it works better x

I was on EE for a year and a half and still had losses. I've dabbled with red days but I love my pasta too much! I think to begin with you might be better off just sticking with EE and see how you go.
