I really must write things down so I am starting today.

Day 1

Breakfast - nothing - felt too delictate today just had a drink

Lunch:
baked potato
canned tuna
canned sweetcorn
spring onion
1 tablespoon of light mayo 2 syns
1 tablespoon of Aldi reduced fat coleslaw 1 syn

Tea:
Butternutsquash
Rice
Onion
Stock cube
Herbs and spices
Salad

Snacks:
Fresh fruit

Drinks:
sugar free pops.
 
Day 2 EE plan

Still feeling delicate, had upset tummy this morning so going for light food today

Breakfast:

coffee with semi milk from allowance HEA no sugar
scrambled eggs with milk from allowance
spoonful of canned tomatoes


Lunch:

Homemade butternut squash soup:-
onion
butternut squash
herbs/spices
stock cubes
splash of semi milk from allowance
wholemeal roll HEB filled with salad


Tea:

chicken risotto:-
chicken
rice
onion
peas
sweetcorn
stock cubes
herbs/spices
salad


snacks:
fresh fruit

coffee milk from allowance no sugar

Porridge oats made with water
Coffee no sugar using milk from allowance

Lunch

Left over portion of chicken tikka masala from yesterday with rice and salad

Tea

Sweet potato cottage pie:-

100g lean mince cooked and blotted with kitchen roll 2 syns

Need to go shopping tomorrow as I have no fruit and veg left now so intake is a bit low on these today.

For anyone interested about the artichoke we had yesterday, it was not worth bothering with, no taste, so we won't be having that again.

Todays menu

Chicken with orange and tomato:-

chicken thigh skinned after roasting

egg noodles
Salad bowl including canned sweetcorn.

Snacks

banana
satsuma
linessa 0.1% fat pear yogurt 5.5 syns eeks!

Drinks

sugar free pop and squash.
