is gonna do it!!
Right, here it goes, fed up with trying new diets and after losing a couple of stone, going straight back to bingeing on food and feeling miserable for doing it.
So I am really gonna try this time, fill up on healthy food and exercise as much as I can.
Today Ive had a wholemeal tortilla wrap from Asda (4.5 sins) filled with 2 quorn sausages, mixed salad and kraft light dressing. Apple. Im full and satiafied. Got a nice dinner to look forward to, and ive been cleaning the house so no time for exercise, but will walk the dog later.

For dinner I had chicken breast with tomato and basil topping, a sweet potato with a dairylea light triangle on top and lots of veg, dont sound much, but so so filling.

chicken breast
mixed salad leaves
plum blackberries

Dinner

jacket potato with beans, courgettes, mushrooms and onion with a dairylea light cheese triangle.
1 coffee with dash of milk and no sugar

I was really hungry going to bed
