Hey everyone, Hope your all taking advantage of the sunshine

Im starting tomorrow and have stocked up today on everything required, I have read the book inside and out but just want to check some stuff with you experienced people :)

Yoghurt- I have bought 3 different types of natural yogs, one pot is is onken fat free and theres another sainsburys branded one which says less than 2% fat yog are these ok? also I have this fromage frais thats 0.01% fat in it? is that ok as couldnt find a fat free one...Can you have any of the onken fat free yogs that are flavoured?

So excited to start my gallete that I trialed earlier was a disaster hopefully it gets better with practice lol
