]Hi Kelly, (I didn't know you had a food diary!!)
It's lovely to read your diary, you've inspired me to think about the exercise that I do (I always forget about the little things).
I'm so sorry to hear about your mum, I have Fibromyaliga, so I know how much of a struggle it is living with the condition, let alone everything else she's going through. Fingers crossed the ultrasound results come back as nothing too serious.
You're food diaries looking great, and you definitely deserve to treat yourself every now and again. I need to have a look in Asda for these new Cadburys Highlights sachets, i've not seen any new flavours! (I couldn't survive without my hot chocolate's mmmm)
P.S good luck with the driving test! I'm sure you'll pass with flying coloursxxx
Hello
Glad you found me! Aye I've been really good and sensible the last few weeks, which is a miracle for me lol. When I first started SW I was out of work and never had money to eat out or socialise much. Now I have a good job and some money it's a bloody nightmare
I'm really sorry to hear you have fibromyalgia too. It's such an awful illness
Have to say that I'm really disappointed with the new Cadbury's hot chocolate flavours. The Bourneville one is quite nice, but the other don't taste of anything
Thanks for the good luck!! I was thinking about driving last night and of course thinking of everything that could go wrong
I mean breakfast was fruit and yogurt. Go me surviving Costa with just a coffee. And I made a 1.5 syn packed lunch for the zoo. At lunch I had half a pint of San Miguel and most of a bowl of chips. I suggested the veggie place for tea, but everyone was shattered so we got a lift home and stopped at the chippy on the way home. I had a 10" pizza and well over half a portion of chips and a small bottle of Mountain Dew. And I just had half a big bar of Cadbury's Caramel
