Like cottage cheese :(

It said to heat the gelatine until it dissolved then leave to cool, but when I did that it went solid! So I had to heat it back up again and add it to the quark and yoghurt mixture - was it this that might have caused the cottage cheese texture?
I tried making it and it didnt work either!

The Jelly all just ran down the side of the cake and made the buiscuit all soggy - i was gutted!
