I remember hearing this on a TV comedy show - think it might have been Fat Friends... anyway, joking aside, it stayed with me and has even helped me to stop reaching for the biscuits, chocolate etc. from time-to-time...

"Nothing tastes as good as slim feels".

Yes, cheesy - and I apologise profusly for that - but, how true!!!!
