Oh I will, I'm gonna go in there and be so confidant and sarcastic and he will NOT make me cry again, I said if he carries on how he was last time I'm gonna be horrible to him too, I've got a business card off my mate who specialises in male baldness so I'm gonna give him the card and say maybe you should give her a ring as I've noticed your receeding a bit ;) xx

Well today is a rush job because I'm super busy,

Breakfast was a hi fi bar
Lunch, pasta, tuna, tomatoes, sweetcorn, cucumber and salad cream and a yogurt and banana for after

Dinner will be whatever I get when I get in at 9pm, maybe just some savoury rice or an omlette

hi fi bar for brekkie
egg salad for lunch and fruit
dinner will be jacket potato with beans,cheese and salad
and ive got some baked bean lasagne to snack on if i get peckish later :)
 
Mmm... That's my treat later too! I never thought I would say I'm snacking on baked bean lasagna but it is lovely :) x

well we are staying over in a hotel tomorrow night and we are going for a meal at toby carvery,im nervous as its the first time eating out since i started SW, i think aslong as i eat loads of meat and veg and just have 1 yorkshire pudding and some gravy, the damage shouldnt be too bad hopefully

im so looking forward to it because i love roast dinners
 
I dont mean to put you off your meal hun, but just watch for the veg because our consultant said they put tons of butter into it. As long as your 100% and try to eat a bit more super speed food for the rest of the week youll be fine! Enjoy your meal! xx
 
I no, I'm gonna be 100% all week, I'm even not gonna have any alcohol tonight, its the first treat I've had since starting so I'm not too bothered really, surely 1 meal out of 21 can't be too bad x
 
I'm dying to know how you went on at Toby carvery???
Mainly because I'm jealous :( x

lol well i was good all day, all i had to eat was a salmon salad courtesy of m&s and then in the evening we went to carvery and OMG it was delish!!! i could of had an orgasm at the table it was so nice!!!

i had gammon, beef and turkey with the smallest yorkshire there was (they are like houses!), a tiny bit of stuffing, loadsa veg and some mash potatoe,turned down pudding as much as it killed me and stuck to diet pepsi ALL night!!

so all was well and good untill, we got back to the hotel room and i felt as though i was going to throw up! ive never felt so sick in my life so i pretty much spent most of the early hours by the bathroom door :(
i do not know why i felt so ill, i was convinced i was gonna boff!

we finally went to sleep about 4am and i woke up this morning feeling fine. very strange!

the food was delish and i loved it, its amazing how much you enjoy food when youve deprived yourself for so long lol x
 
Went shopping today and I've planned my food for the week, dreading weigh in on weds, got a feeling I'm going to of gained, I did eat a lot at the carvery, I promised myself I wouldn't feel guilty but I really do! :(

Todays food

Breakfast - hi fi bar
Lunch - egg salad and lots of fruit
Dinner - I've just made a lovely mushroom risotto! Its my first time making risotto and I must say its bloody gorgeous!
Tonight I'm having some yogurt and fruit and I may have a bit of chocolate philly to dip my strawberrys in :)
 
I had my chocolate Philly with hazelnut mikados, full of chocolatey goodness xx

Don't worry about a gain, as long as you're dealing with it now it will disappear soon enough x And you will still have memories of your delicious toby carvery ha x

I had them with strawberries..too gorgeous for words!! Yeah true, apart from feeling ridiculously sick it was a really good night,so nice to get away for a night x

Dinner will be smoked salmon fillets with asparagus and sw chips

Yogurt and fruit for pudding x
