Was the oat bran porridge nice?? do you just mix the oat bran with milk?????

Yes and to be honest it wasn't great. Going to try the gallette this morning..

Just had my first galette and firmly recommend it. delish!

Good luck. Just gotta find a way to get the oat bran down in the best possible way!!

Your menu looks good Chereally... if you're hungry, don't hesitate to eat more chicken, steak etc.

Remember the sugar free multi vitamin tablet, and drink lots of H2O.

I drank 2 litres of water. I didn'y know about the multi-vitamin tablet.. x
