This was so lovely when I had it in class at a taster session today. Here is the recipe. It makes a huge flan dish full and is 9 syns for the lot and makes 12 large slices.

400g cherries stoned
4 eggs
6 tablespoons sweetner
500g vlf fromage frais
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon almond essence

mix everything together in a bowl except cherries, then stir in cherries. Put mixture into flan dish sprayed with frylight and cook in a moderate oven til set.We ate it cold and it was so lovely!
 
another one to add to my list.
 
Good description is sweet egg custard with fruit but it looks good enough to serve for a special occasion and no one know it's slimming.
