Trying my first red day :)

Breakfast - Weetabix(Heb) Milk(Hea) Orange Slices
Lunch - 2 x BGTY Sausages (1) Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower
Tea - Garlic Chicken, 230g Baking Potato with cheese (hea + heb) Mushrooms, Onions
Snack - Grapes
Syns - 1 (will update)


This has changed!

Red Day

Breakfast - Cheese and mushrooms on toast (Hea & Heb)
Lunch - 2 x Quorn LF Sausages, Egg, Beans, Mushrooms
Snack - Mullerlight, Grapes, Carrot Sticks
Dinner - Salmon, 2 TBSP peri peri sauce(1) Cauliflower, Carrots, Broccoli, Cucumber
Snacks - snack size bag of malteasers(5?) Cadbury's Fudge Highlights(2 + Hea) Special K Chewy Delight (Heb)
Syns - 8

Here's my tea, it was gorgeous! i haven't had salmon since i was about 14 so i enjoyed it a lot... will be having it again very soon! :)

And yes, i have put my peri peri sauce into a cupcake wrapper. ;)

that looks lovely Hun, I'm never sure about salmon though whenever I've made it Ive never enjoyed it as much as it looks good lol xxx

I didn't like it last time i had it as well, it tasted a lot more like chicken than fish which i was pleased about! hate it when something is too fishy :D xxx

Evening, well mother nature has struck today.. * week has arrived. Gutted! hope it doesn't affect my WI on Wed, fingers crossed :)

Popped into town today, had lunch in Wetherspoons and opted for the sweet chilli noodles (without chicken) and found out it's only 1 syn, made up! :D xx

Just noticed you said you were doing a red day, I can't see how the noodles would only be 1 syn on a red day.
Have you swapped to EE? xxxx

Extra 9 syns if you had chicken with it! not worth it at all, I can think of much better things to waste 9 syns on than chicken xxx

Well today has been a good day, stayed within syns and been on plan despite feeling very sluggish! off to bed soon so here's my food plan for tomorrow :)

EE

Breakfast - Weetabix (Heb) Milk (Hea) topped with chopped banana, Peppermint tea
Lunch - Salmon seasond with paprika, Bit of pasta, Broccoli, Carrots, Mullerlight, Grapes
Tea - Chicken Curry with rice (Making my own curry from scratch so hope it turns out ok! :))
Snack - Funsize Malteasers (5) Meringue Nest (3)
Syns - 8 :)
 
I forgot to mention, i bought a size 14 dress today after 2 years of living in size 16's. Very happy :D
 
Afternoon, lovely day here.. was going to pop down to Sainsbury's to get some fruit but feel so sluggish! thank god i'm off work today.

WI tomorrow, with * being here i'm not expecting much but hopefully i get a little loss :)
