Chicken Advice

I took chicken out of the freezer last night and i am about to cook Petes Peanut Curry but it will be enough for 2 people.
Is it okay to cook the chicken then put it into the fridge and heat back up tomorrow

I would say yes, as long as u make sure its heated up properly =]

its just i am so paranoid about reheating chicken etc with regards to food poisoning.

Yes it will be fine as said above just ensure it it thoroughly heated through. Needs to be piping hot through x
