Chicken calories?

I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm trying to pre plan calories for dinner so I can work out how many I have left for the day but I'm struggling! When I type in to mfp 'skinless chicken breast' it comes up with loads of different options all with varying calorie amounts! Its a bog standard skinless chicken breast from tesco! Someone please help! Thanks in advance x

Try and Google it, there will be lots of pages coming up with calorie information. Even Tesco's own website should have it

I think the tesco ones are about 180 but maybe weigh it then go by weight x

I by about 180 too for a medium sized breast.

Try scanning the barcode, it usually gives you the cals per chicken breast then. X

For a standard boneless, skinless chicken breast it's 192calories per 130g (raw weight)
