Cruise PV chicken carbonara

1 pot quark
3 egg yolks
Pepper to season
Garlic
Chilli flakes
Mushrooms
Red onion
Chicken breast cubes

Cook chicken with garlic and chilli flakes.
Mix egg yolks with quark and pepper then add to chicken and stir over low heat til cooked.

I served with shredded cabbage but could do strips of leek so its like pasta

That's a really good thing to do with the egg yolks if you're only making galettes with the whites.
