    hi all

i'm a little confused thinking of having chicken drumsticks for dinner tonight

i have looked on my phone app and it says

chicken drumstick 47g skinless cooked 2pp
chicken drumstick 47g skinless raw 1pp

now i wouldn't use any fat to cook my drumsticks so what you point it as.

if anyone can help i would really appreciate it as i really fancy these now

    Hi,
Go by the raw weight and don't forget to take the skin off :)

It's cause if they are 47g when cooked they were like 60g when raw, as they loose water weight when cooked so are actually bigger drum sticks :) hope this helps ;)
