Just made the quickest pasta bake ever at 6am as I had been unable to prepare the night before as finished work late. Can be used on all plans as if on green use chicken as hexb and for red use pasta.

I did red so boiled 35g wholemeal pasta.

Whilst that's cooking dry fry onion and mushrooms then add enough passatta to your liking. I then added Italian garlic seasoning, Italian herbs, pinch of paprika and chilli as i like it spicy. I also added some sweetner as I find passatta quite sour. Once pasta cooked add the sauce and I use icelands diced cooked chicken. Very quick, very healthy and syn free. Ideal for lunch box meals at work.

I forgot to say I add some light cream cheese to give it a creamy taste. As I split my hexa I used 35g. Lush.
 
I can't believe how something soooo quick and easy could taste sooo lush. There loads of ways to adapt with seasoning and different veg.
