gr of chicken breast
1 onion
4 cloves
1 egg
2 table spoons of
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
A little
thyme according to taste
Salt pepper

Put the chicken into a
pressure cooker and season with parsley, pepper, 1 onion cut into
quarters (with 1 clove per quarter), salt, thyme and 4 bay leaves.
Add 50 centilitres of water and cook for 20 minutes once the valve
starts. Open once there is no more pressure. Take out the onion
and bay leaves then gather all the cooking juice and put to one
side. Add the cornflour and 1 egg yolk to the chicken. Put onto a
low heat and wet the chicken with the cooking juice, stirring to
obtain a good sauce.
