I'm going for a Chinese buffet tomorrow and have read all about what to have so I am aware but was wondering how many syns you think it would come to if I have lots of boiled rice and veg (free) and have a little bit of each meat dish removing skin, fat and batter, do you think I'd be able to count each meat as 1 syn as in the book they are synned for large portions which are full meals and I wouldn't be having anywhere near that or what do you think?

Heya hun ... our C says that it is ok to save your syns up through the week sometimes (occasionally) and use them at a weekend, and i can`t see why it wouldn`t work if you do what you say in the first post and don`t go too mad. Hope you enjoy it and have a lovely night x

Thank you for the reply :) I had a lovely time had plenty boiled rice and roast chicken with the skin removed and bits of the other meat dishes so I don't think too much damage was done x
