Food for today:

B: fruit smoothie (banana, orange, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, plain yogurt, peanut butter & juice of half a lime)
L: baked potato & low fat cottage cheese.
S: snacks will be 15 almonds, 2 x light cheese triangles & banana if required
D: chicken stir fry with rice noodles

Then I'll go to bed!

Now that sounds great.. I love fruit but I never made a smoothy before and yours sound tasty.
 
New exercise goals to start next week:

Mon-Fri - 45-60mins at the gym
Sat - 30min run

I realise now that if I don't buck up on the exercise side of things then I'll take forever to get to my healthy weight!

This way, it'll be practically effortless ;)

Today is going to be a good day, the sun is shining & I'm going to get ready to collect my fixed phone from the phone shop.

That and all my housework is finished - woohoo!
