hi everyone

wel i started calories countin yesterday and think i am doin pretty well (i hope)goin to post my food diary on her so u can all tell me how im doin and give me some advice, i am loggin my food with fitnesspal.com also which is great as it adds ur calories up and tels you how many to have, so much handier!

so here goes lol;

monday 24/6/10

breakfast - 60g bowl cheerios with semi skimmed milk - 342

snack - peach & alpen light bar - 121

lunch - 4 ryvita multigrain with 2 low low cheese triangles with ham & sliced tomato, light choices potato & leek cup a soup, shape yoghurt (mango) - 427

dinner - large potato with skin (cut into chips n roasted in oven) 2 low fat denny sausages & 1tbsp extra light mayo (hellmans) - 402

snack - 2 light choices dutch crispbakes & velvet crunch crisps - 139

that was total of 1431 calories and iv been allowed 1480.

i welcome ur comments and advice :D:Dxxx
 
thank u:) below is today diary, was out for chinese lunch but made decent choices n within my calories :)

breakfast - 60g cheerios with semi skimmed milk - 342 cals

lunch - portion veg curry with boiled rice & small portion of smoked chicken (starter) - 632cals

snack - velvet crunch crisps, strawberries n pineapple - 180cals

dinner - light choices baked potato wit cheese n chive, tbsp coleslaw with side salad - 290 cals

total - 1444 cals

(allowed 1480:eek:also earned extra 156 for walk for 45 mins:eek:)
 
:Dtodays diary.. im well within my calories but have eatin quit alot of bad stuff today..one of those days lol, least im within the calories lol

breakfast - small part baked baguette with 2 low fat denny sausages - 305cals

lunch - 6inch subway ham with lettuce, cheese,red onion,cucumber,peppers,jalepenos n southwest sauce - 410 cals

dinner - ww cottage pie - 186 cals

snacks - aero bubbles, ww cheese puffs n ww mini salt n vinegar hoops - 306 cals

(this is wat iv had so far totalling 1207cals, allowed 1480 in total also gained 156 extra calories for 45 min walk:D)
 
so here goes todays diary,not havin gud day been fightin with other half,men drive me mental:mad::mad:altho im within my calories wat iv eatin4 lunch is rubbish but still within wat im allowed so cant complain lol

breakfast - 2 slices of toast with one low low cheese triangle with ham -255cals

snacks - ww cheese puffs & some haribo tangy sweets 211cals

lunch - doner kebab on chips (only ate half of this, if even but still gna count for whole thing as i cant be botherd wrkin it out lol) 686 cals :eek:

(not sure wat to have for dinner, have 414 cals left so sumthin within that hehe)

also gained 86cals for a walk which i done earlier :D:D

back to eatin properly again 2mro,altho i am quite pleased that even tho i did eat quite alot of rubbish this weekend that i didnt go over my calorie allowance :)
 
thank u! was just glad i didnt go over my allocated calories even tho what i did eat was rubbish :eek:lol altho i suppose we are allowed to side track on weekends hehe back to healthy alternatives today :Dxx

also for dinner last night i had a bowl of cheerios as i wasnt that hungry so brought my calories to 1323 for the day :)and allowed 1480 but also gained 86cals for exercisin so brought it up to 1566cals :)

todays diary :)

breakfast - nom strawberry yoghurt with fresh strawberries n grapes - 242cals

lunch - 1 part baked petit pain with 1tbsp reduced fat coleslaw&1 slice bernard matthews chicken, light choices cup a soup & a nectarine - 357cals

dinner - potato wedges (125g)with 30g cheddar cheese &slice ham chopped up, italian side salad,tbsp garlic dip&slice garlic bread - 588cals

snacks - ww mini hoops, 2 ww ginger cookies n milky way - 286cals

(173 cals earned for exercise today :)allowed 1480 plus these, have used 1473)

cant believe i can eat so much, i love cc!!xxx
 
Thank u!im findin calorie counting great!the fact that u can have a bad weekend but still work it round ur calorie allowance is great! and the fact that fitness pal does all the countin for u!lol
Well my weigh in is thurs morning and i hope i lose something! My totm is due and im feelin very bloated so if i dont lose then i no that that cud be something to do with it but fingers crossed that i do!xx

lunch - tiger roll with 1tbsp salad cream light,slice bernard matthews chicken, lettuce, light choices cup a soup, ww cheese puffs - 363cals

dinner - large baked potato cut into chips n roasted in oven,2low fat denny sausages & side salad 1tbsp ex light hellmans mayo- 541cals

snacks - 3 ryvita wholegrain n sesame seeds with 30g philadelphia light wit chives, ww oat n choc chip cookies, ww ginger biscuits - 348 cals

total - 1423 :)
 
Well I have my food diary planned out for today, although dinner may change to a Chinese (woops) bcuz lets say my bf is in the bad books and has lot of makin up to do lol! But not sure at the min so wil stick with wat i have planned for the time being..

Breakfast – 30g cheerios with semi skimmed milk – 171cals

Lunch- part baked petit pain with lettuce, slice of ham, 30g Philadelphia light with chives & ww mini s&v hoops – 306cals

Dinner (subject to change lol) – 2 potato waffles, 2 slices of bacon & an egg – 418cals

Snacks – quavers, ww caramel cake bar – 177cals


Leaves me with 443 spare cals (which includes 35 cals i gained for 10 min walk to work:) ) so if i do end up out for dinner I have more than enuf cals as I usually have a vegetable curry in the Chinese :) )
