Fantastic loss again! In December you have lost an astonishing 24.3lbs!! and when you consider this doesn't include a large week one loss it truely is amazing!! Well done Teapot!

It does get a bit blurry looking at individual weeks losses, so it helps immensely doing a monthly challenge and seeing the numbers add up. Looking forward to next months challenge already!!!
