Christmas Dinner- Yes or No?

i remember a girl on here went out for the night a couple weeks after refeeding and had a good few drinks and was really quite ill for days afterwards so just a warning to be careful

one or two would be alright though!..i will be and i dont usually drink but i intend to open a bottle of champagne i had for my 40th!

My original plan was to refeed on the 18th Dec but as it's taken me so bloody long to get back on the wagon I may just carry on through. *le sigh*

Skinny-me I'm really worried about it too. I will re feed before xmas and see how I get on. I know I will put on its the not being able to get back into it when I get home that is really a worry.

I know molly, its going to be so hard but i think we need to keep a positive mind, and try not to go too crazy wen were away and get straight back into it wen were back. Im dreading it tbh but i think the guilt of eating will make me go back to dis diet!!
