Chuckie21's Diet Chef Diary

Well today is day one, i decided to start today as its my day off and if i get headaches or anything i can just sleep it off and wont be tempted to eat.

I havent purchased diet chef through the website as i work in a healthfood store and i get it at discount!

I have a few reasons for wanting to do this, I am going to university next year and i want to be happy and confident with myself. I am quite confident at the moment but theres always that worry at the back of my mind that someone is gonna shout "oi fatty!" at me and humiliate me infront of my friends!

I also have PCOS and would like to have children one day aswell

last reason is i want to wear lovely clothes and just generally feel nice.

so this morning i weighed at 18st 2.5lbs :eek: roll on next monday when i hope to be in the 17's!

so far ive eaten the granola and i almost cried when i saw the portion size but it was surprisingly filling, better than having a shake for brekkie!

I wont be having the soups for lunch as i have no access to microwave during the day so im going to get myself some cous cous and make a big batch of cous cous and veg for my lunches.

i also HATE the nakd bars so im having a 100cal snack of my choice during the day instead.

Im trying my 1st meal tonight which is to be pasta bolognaise, this is a weight to go meal not look what we found but still v low in cals.

good luck to you! I quite like the red pepper soup chilled (no micro required) but I wouldn't have the others without them being all toasty warm in my flask! I cope with not having a microwave with having a big 1 litre flask - insert pouch, fill from kettle, screw top on, in 15 mins it's piping hot and yummy! Would that work for you?

What's way to go? dehydrated or pouch style? am all nosey!
