chug starting again diary this time more determined

Well after clogging everyone elses diary I thought I best do mine. Well here is todays menu:

Breakfast

Rich tea biscuit x 3 = 3

Lunch

Coleslaw x 100g = 5
Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, clementine = 0
Three tiny sweets = 3
ww jafa cake roll = 2

Dinner

Mince meet 100g = 8 (nearly finished it thank goodness lol)
Cheese and ham crosse & Blackwell pasta & sauce 1/2 a packet = 6
Muller light Mango and something yoghurt = 2
Grapes & plum = 0

Cadburys highlight Hot chocolate (not as nice as the mint options one but it will do lol) = 1

Dailies 29/29
Weeklies 1/14 (13 left)

Well today felt good and the best thing about it is using this website lol because it stops me eating and thinking about food. If I hadn't of found this website I wouldn't have stuck to WW I would have given up ages ago.
 
Your very good only eating half, I scoff the whole pack!!

Lol I would normally but I hate using aload of point on one thing just think of all the other sweet things I can have with those 6 points lol.

You are very welcome I get them from Iceland I don't know if you can get from other superstores but I'm sure they will be very similar anyway.
 
Well here is my menu for today I've not eaten all my 29 points which I know is bad but I've not been feeling very well today and couldn't face eating anything anyway this is what I have had today:

Breakfast

Rich tea x 3 = 3

Lunch

Coleslaw 100g = 5

WW jafa cake roll = 2

Dinner

1 round of toast (no butter) = 3
Apricot jam = 1
Bite of a Victoria sponge (was testing a cake I made) =3
Mullierlight vanilla with sprinkle of dark chocolate = 2
Hot chocolate = 1

Dailies 23/29
Weeklies 0/13 (13 still left)

Well I eat as much as I could today. I really hope it won't affect my weight loss by not eating all my points.

Lol yes it dies make sense. He is smart both brains and looks his such a poser when it comes to photos lol he certainly dont follow me I run away from cameras lol.

weeklies = 1/13 (12 left)

Well I thought bake beans was healthy but obviously not I was about to have 1/2 a tin with my jacket potato until I found out they was 10 points I was si shocked lol.

We didn't have birthday cakes today which I was glad about. I really felt like caving in tonight but managed to change my mind my putting a wardrobe together to take my mind of things. I only have 2 more days until Saturday I can do this.

Also I found out the cadburys Jaffa cake roll which is only one point more than the ww ones which is good.

Oh well shopping day tomorrow hope I see something that makes me feel more enthusiastic about ww :(

Which baked beans did you use in the last menu hun?
I know heinz are 4pp for half a can so am worried if some contain 10pp?! I love beans & cheese in a jacket spud yum yum :)

Hiya thanks for following I need the support and obviously your help after what in about to tell you lol.

Thanks for the comment about my boy he is lovely and he knows it lol.

First of all sorry about my late reply but u had an emergency I did start it yesterday though.

Anyway as for the beans they are branstons and I feel so stupid because I so pointed them wrong and short changed myself lol. Basically I used my online ww calculator and entered the protein, carbohydrates etc for per 205g but only put in per 100g and serving 205g. I'm going to use my other online calculator because the ww confuses me lol. So yes I should have had half a tin for 5 points grrrrr. I was so hungry that night to. I thought it was strange cos they are suppose to be good for you and also I've had them before and worked it out at 5 points but I always double check.

So thanks again otherwise I would be short changing myself all the time lol.

Cheese and beans sound very nice I will give it a try one day :)

Morrisons Spaghetti bolognese with mince meat and tomato sauce in a tin 395g = 7 (this really shocked me I thought it be more points and it was really nice)
Mullerlight mango and something yoghurt = 2
Cadburys jaffaroll cake = 3
New Cadbury Fabulous fingers x 7 = 7 (this are fantastic and so nice they combine a thick, outer layer of Cadbury milk chocolate with an inner, smooth layer of white chocolate and a crunchy biscuit finger I recommend them)
Grapes & plum = 0

Hot chocolate = 1

Dailies 29/29
Weeklies 0/11

Well tomorrow is WI for me. I really don't feel like I have lost anything this week so if I stay the same I will be happy. I don't think I've lost because I didnt eat all my points on Tuesday. Well no point worrying about it now will see what happens tomorrow.
