Thursday August 18th - Green Day

Brunch
More like lunch time by the time I got round to it so I had some beaked beans with red pepper and homemade houmous

Tea
1 can heinz ravioli (2.5), 1 can waitrose ratatouille (1), 42g reduced fat cheese (HEB), 28g full fat cheese (HEA), mixed salad, small jacket potato

Snacks
2 Cadbury chocos (2), 2 alpen light bars (HEB), graze love mix (5), alpros soya chocolate dessert (6)

Total Syns: 16.5

No exercise today and slightly over syns... will make sure tomorrow is better :)

Friday August 19th - Red Day

Breakfast
42g All Bran (HEB) topped with banana, coffee with 250ml SS milk (HEA)

Lunch
King prawn salad with lemon juice, melon, turkish delight options (2)

Tea
Chilli and Lemon chicken, with a can of mustard leaves (1.5) served with beansprouts and a Food Dr pitta (HEB+1.5) and homemade coleslaw (1.5)

Snacks
coconut muller mixed with coconut options (2), 150g total 2% (.5) topped with 12g anchor light cream (1). 1 biscuit (3.5)

Total Syns: 13.5

Also ran 5k and walked for an hour :)

Saturday August 20th - Red Day

Breakfast
42g All Bran (HEB), 150g total 2% (.5), chopped banana, 2tbsp honey (5), coffee with 30ml SS milk (.5)

Lunch
Left over curry (1), roasted aubergine, salad

Tea
Lamb kebab made with waitrose lean lamb mince (1), served in a food Dr pitta (HEB+1.5), with homemde chilli sauce (.5) and homemade tzatziki (1). Salad, BNS wedges, 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA)

Snacks
Mango and passionfruit muller (.5), coconut muller, melon, 12g anchor light (1)

Total Syns: 12.5

Also did level 1 of the 30 day shred and walked for 1 hour

Sunday August 21st - Red Day

Breakfast
Grapefruit, coffee with 12g anchor light cream (1)

Lunch
Grilled turkey rashers, 2 BGTY sausages (1), black pudding (1.5), tomatoes, omlet with 42g reduced fat cheese (HEB), 1tbsp fruity sauce (1)

Tea
Slow cooked chicken (skin removed), carrots, green beans, cabbage, BNS 'roasties', oxo cube gravy

Snacks
Crab sticks, blackberries, 2x alpen light bars (HEB), 'Graze' vanilla seed mix (8), alpro soya yogurt (2), melon, 42g all bran (HEB)

Total Syns: 14.5

Monday August 22nd - EE day

Brunch
Grapefruit, banana, coffee

Tea
Chicken, ham, mushroom bake (HEB+1), cooked with 1tbsp EVOO (HEB). Broccoli, green beans, carrot.

Snack
'Graze' flapjack (11.5), options hot chocolate (2), coconut muller, 150g total 2% (.5), options (2)

Total Syns: 17

Also ran 5k
 
Well done on 0.5 down is down right and why don't you have your 5st shiny displayed that is such an achievement.

Tuesday August 23rd - Green Day

Chinese style mug shot (1.5), melon, alpro soya yogurt (2)

Tea
Lasagna 'doritos', quorn chilli, 35g discovery sour cream (3), 35g discovery guacamole (1.5), 42g reduced fat cheese (HEB)

Snacks
Special K bar (4), coconut muller

Total Syns: 12
 
Wednesday August 24th - Green Day

Breakfast
42g All Bran (HEB), 85g dried pruned (HEB), 150ml SS milk (3/5HEA), coffee.

Lunch
2 ryvita pumpkin seeds and oats (5), 2 laughing cow light (2/5HEA), tomatoes, 'Graze' chilli olives (7), melon and pineapple

Tea
3 Quorn burgers, 1 can of mushy peas, jacket potato, salad, 2tbsp extra light mayo (1), 1tbsp HP sauce (1)

Snacks
Light ginger beer, coconut muller, fruit salad, ginger nut biscuit (2.5)

Total Syns: 16.5

Also walked for over an hour

Salad with tesco lime and coriander chicken (FREE), punnet of cherries

Tea
Tin of stewed steak (3), tin of ratatouille (1), 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA)

Snacks
Coffee with skimmed milk from starbucks (?1), 1/2 a scan bran cake (1/2HEB+3.5), 12g anchor light cream (1)

Total Syns: 13

Also ran 5k and walked for 40 minutes

Food to take to work
1 pkt Ainsley harriot spiced sensation cous cous (1), 2 figs, left over quorn chilli with 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA), half a melon, muller light yogurt, fiber plus bar (HEB)

Snacks
'Graze' black peppercorn crackers (3.5), mini smarties (3.5), quirke biscuit (3.5)

My laptop isn't working at the moment and its proving too difficult to keep up with this diary on the mobile so i'm reverting to good old pen and paper for now. Will update here when i'm properly back online. Oh, and I lost 3lb last night :D
