Clareel's Red, Green and EE Diary

Laptop is fixed - I have been keeping a paper diary and may update missed days here in the future. This week has gone well up until today where I ate a yummy costco cookie and a few too many sweets. Nevermind though, back on it straight away and am having maggi sweet and sour chicken (2.5) for tea with lots of mixed stir fry veg.

Will keep updated from now on :)
 
Monday August 29th - Monday September 6th (OFF PLAN!)

Have been well and truly off plan for a good few days now and had a 9lb gain at last nights WI to show for it :( However have been back on track from the minute I got weighed and so will start updating again with last nights tea.

Here's hoping to shift as much of that as possible by next week!
 
Monday September 5th - Green Day

Tea
Spaghetti and quorn meatballs in a tomato sauce (1), 42g mozzarella cheese (HEA)

No exercise
 
Tuesday September 6th - Red Day

Breakfast
Grapefruit, total 2% yogurt (.5) with 1 tbsp honey (2.5). Coffee with 60ml milk (1)

Lunch
Tesco lime & chilli chicken, mixed salad, raspberries, muller light

Tea
Smoked haddock fish cakes (HEA+HEB), roasted BNS, courgette and red pepper, broccoli

Snacks
Fiber+ bar (HEB), mini flake (4), XL mayo (1), normal mayo (5), small boiled potato (?4)

Total Syns: 14

No proper exercise but walked for an hour and a half

Wednesday September 7th - Green Day

Breakfast
2 chocolate weetabix (HEB+2), chopped banana, coffee, 250ml SS milk (HEA)

Lunch
Semi wholemeal pasta with leftover meatball sauce (1), roasted red pepper, courgette and BNS. Strawberries

Tea
3 quorn sausages (3), rhubarb muller (1) extra light mayo (2)

Snacks
'Graze' focaccia (6), mini caramel (4), fiber + bar

mackerel salad, 'graze' olives (7), fiber + bar (HEB)

Tea
Chicken curry (1), saag alo (2), pitta (HEB+1.5)

Snacks
Small slice of rhubarb pie with drizzle of double cream (OOPS!!!!) (??15)

Total: 30.5

Well over syns today which I'm not delighted about. Must try harder!!!
 
Friday September 9th - Green Day

Grapefruit, latte made with 250ml sweetened soy milk (HEA)

Lunch
Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (HEA+HEB)

Tea
200g rustic chips (2), 6 quorn nuggets (3), garden peas, tomato ketchup (2)

Snacks
Milk (1), fiber + bar (HEB), 3x cadbury mallow (9), coconut muller, coconut options (2), mini flake (4), mini crunchie (4)

Had a bad few days and am making no promises, but really really want to be back on track today. It's started well - food diary continued below :)
 
Saturday September 10th - Green Day

Brunch
2x Eggs scrambled, 1/2 tin of baked beans, 42g mozzarella (HEA), Food Dr pitta (HEB+1.5), 1tbsp fruity sauce (1), milk in coffee (1)

Tea
Mushroom chow mien (10), peas

Snacks
2x Ryvita thins* (1/2HEB), Alpen light bar (1/2HEB), chocolate binge (?20+)

Total Syns: 33.5

*These are not an official SW HEB. However, they do have at least as much fiber as other ryvita products which are a HEB, so I'm counting it as one :)

Sunday September 11th - Red Day

Carrot, broccoli, green beans, turnip, roast beef, tsp mustard (1), 2 yorkshire puds (5)

Ryvita (HEB), 71g light philly (HEA), beetroot, ice cream made by mixing coconut muller with alpro soya dessert and options (5)

Monday September 12th - Green Day

Got up late and had a coffee (HEA) for breakfast, then spent the day making the low syn truffles and 'sampled' a few of them hehe

2 Quorn steaks, garden peas, corn on the cob, 200g rustic chips (2), 50g co-op salsa (1.5), blue cheese sauce (HEA+HEBx2)

Snacks
2x chocolate truffles (2.5), ice cream same as last night (5) with 45ml soya cream (4)

Tuesday September 13th - Green Day

Quick and easy quorn stew - 1 can of waitrose ratatouille (1), chopped up quorn pepper steaks, 1 heaped tsp of harissa paste and a big dollop of quark to serve. Gorgeous!

Tea
Jacket Potato, baked beans, large mixed salad

Snacks
Mini packet love hearts (2), mini packet parma violets (3), 1 level dsp each of sunflower and pumpkin seeds (HEB), potato wedges with harissa, corn on the cob, hot chocolate (3) with 250ml SS milk (HEA) and 30ml soya cream (2.5)

Total Syns: 13.5

Single Amaretto and diet coke (?3), 2 plums, fiber plus bar (HEB), meringue nest (2.5), 1tbsp honey (2.5), half a pot of total 2% (.25), figs, 3 mini lindt truffles (4.5)

100% week paid off - lost 4lb this week :) Also proof that using all your syns doesn't damage weight loss. x
 
Tuesday September 20th - ???

I'm going out for tea tonight so saving HEX and syns until then. I'm not sure what day it will be and I'm just sticking to super free food for now :)
