Club 10 timeline and intros

    So, I rejoined SW tonight, I wasn't very successful last year, due to a number of factors, the main one being laziness!!

    After eating waaaay too much this year already and being my heaviest ever, I am determined to lose weight.

    I mainly wanted to introduce myself and ask 2 questions:

    Firstly how long did it take you to get to Club 10?

    Secondly, at what stage of SW did you (if any) start exercising?

    Once I have the hang of SW, I am going to set myself more targets.

    11 weeks to get to club 10 for me :)
    And excersise... anytime now I think! My losses are in fits and starts as I only have 10lb to go so will be excersising from here on in :)

    Hey EmJ well done for coming back to SW! how long it takes 2 get to club 10 will vary for everyone, as it depends how much you weigh as to how much 10% is for u. I have about a stone and a half now until another 10% loss ...hoping to do that by end may.

    I have also started gym a few weeks ago and go 3-4 times a week...thats just because I really want to try and speed up loss and tone at same time, but that said I have not had probs in past losing weight without exercise...good luck!!
