3lb off this week, finding the mental battle easier, but then I did something silly yesterday and ate a handful of cheddars, they were there and I just took a handful.

3lbs is a great loss.

Oh did you, well it was only a handful so don't worry too much about it.

At least you didn't carry on eating, that is an achievement.

So yesterday was good ALL day, then got home and an offer popped up on my phone for a meal deal at Papa John's, yes I caved and ordered it. Regretted it when I woke at 2am with the sweats, hot flushes and huge thirst, not eaten yet today but did do a massive order yesterday of products
 
Sunday I was on plan all day, my daughter had a roast dinner at my parents and I had to leave her there as the smell was toture, I did eat 9 party ring biscuits in the evening, I need to get control of my evening snacking again
 
well eating a meal didn't help, just triggered my binge monster again, so I go away for 5 days on Monday, 5 days off plan (not hugely but will enjoy food) so I am going strict from today until sunday! 3 products only, eggs if needed, water water water water.

My first wedding to attend is in 67 days, 2lb a week will get me to my first goal by then

Back from a lovely week away, back on plan from yesterday, not weighing until Wednesday so that I can keep on track
 
So 11lb gain for my holiday, gathering that is booze related as I don't normally drink, I pulled my back on holiday and am in agony, so it's hard to keep focused atm
 
Started a Shake Challenge as I really want my 3 stone off before my birthday this month, so on day one, plan is 3 shakes, an oxo and 4 litres of water per day until sat (as only have enough shakes until then)
 
Day 1 completed, 3 shakes, nearly 4 litres of water and a chicken oxo
Day 2 prepped
